Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at Araviejewelry@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We’ll review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
We can provide a replacement item at no additional cost, but shipping fees will apply.
Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
